Operation Never Forgotten believes that administration salaries take away from more warriors and military families benefiting from ONF programs. Even much of the overhead and professional services are contributed by the ONF administrators themselves. The staff feels that it is a crisis to say “no” to warriors or surviving family members needing help because of a lack of funds. The generosity of giving back is not only personally gratifying but critical.
Non-profit organizations of all sizes need operating expenses. ONF dedicates nearly 75% from their financial pie to go directly to those who deserve it.

0% – SALARIES, COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
74.7% – WARRIOR PROGRAMS (retreats, workshops and others)
6.5% – INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS (online programmers, video editors, etc.)
8.3% – RENT, UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE (computer techs, web hosting, phone, etc.)
7.3% – MEDIA CAMPAIGN EXPENSE (airport signs, printed billboards, etc.)
3.2% – MISC OFFICE, EQUIPMENT, TRAVEL, INTERNAL PRINTING, SHIPPING
